You will need to enter a password into each handbook to activate it. Please carefully follow the following instructions to obtain this password and enter it. Please note that each book has a separate password so you will need to repeat this process if you purchased more than one of our handbooks.

To obtain your password number, please do the following:-

1. Load the handbook(s) by double-clicking on the file.
2. Click on the Password button on the top toolbar which has the yellow key icon. This will display the password number that you need to enter an example of which is shown below. ** Do not enter the number displayed here - this is not the password required.



3. Enter the password number(s) displayed and the email address that you used for your Paypal payment into the form below.
